PURPORT:

In this material world queen is the most attractive woman to the king and his subjects. Everybody praises beauty of queen even the king. But queen is deaf within herself. Though everybody expressed their praise and love towards queen but queen remains inert within her heart for her material beauty. She is only absorbed in the meditation of Lord ignoring all other material expressions of love and beauty. Such queen is like Jasmine who is the queen of dawn. In dawn this world is awaken with the light of new days with full of new actions. But in dawn such a beautiful queen who is filled with the aroma of Lord can become herself source of inspiration and meditation. She attracts everybody's heart. Since the queen is deaf within herself to her material beauty that's why she always enjoys with Lord who is residing within herself. Externally the queen is not deaf but she is deaf internally, because she is meditating and enjoying with the supreme Lord Hari, that's why she is deaf within. Such a queen is most dearer to Hari. Six goswamis in Vrindavan are such six queens of dawn like jasmine. They were completely absorbed in meditation and pastimes of Lord Hari. That's why though they were living in this material world but they were deaf within themselves. That's why they are full of aroma of love of Lord Krsna, Radha and gopies in Vrindavan. They are always merged within transcendental ocean of love of Lord. They are full of beauties and complete expression of love of gopies and Krsna. Everybody worshipped them but they worshipped only Hari. They only know that Hari is only supreme source of love and enjoyment. Since they were enjoying the supreme thing of universe that is love of Radha Krsna they can not think about other material things. Those who are not such a deaf in within towards material beauties like queen of dawn jasmine like six goswamis, they are enjoying inferior things of material nature. In that context Prabhupada said, "The six goswamis were merged in the ocean of the love affairs of the gopis with Krishna. Therefore this mendicantism [renunciation], it was external. They were enjoying better things. So unless you enjoy better thing, you cannot give up inferior thing". All glory to six goswamis of Vrindavan! All glory to Hari who is Radha Krsna! All glory to Mohaprabhu! All glory to Prabhupada! All glory to Narahari Narashima Dev! All glory to Pancha Tattva! All associates Vaisnavas! Hare Krsna! Haribol!
