That which does not exist, cannot be thought, even invisible that becomes real, everlasting and visible by the supreme mood of Lord Hari. Only by true action for the welfare of entire creation of Lord, Lord manifests His mind in a supreme moment like the powerful action of Sudarsan. Only by true welfare action the entire universe becomes permanent and brings changes within the Lord by its manifestations.
PURPORT
Lord Hari, who is the supreme power and absolute source of all manifestations within universes, manifests many universes from non-existing to existing. Those universes which were invisible become visible through the manifestations of Lord’s actions like powerful action of Lord by Sudarsan. In Vedic literature, it is mentioned that Sudarsan is the ultimate weapon of Lord that never fails in action. It is also absolutely true that Sudarsan is the ultimate mood of Lord that which manifests by His action. This is the ultimate action by wisdom that is for the welfare of the universe. Every actions of Lord are for the welfare of universe. Thus welfare of entire creation is Lord’s real action. That is the supreme mood of Lord in every moment. Since Surdarsan never fails in action in any moment thus welfare actions never fail in any moment. One must keep this in mind that every action of every individual should be welfare action for the universe. And once one achieves this absolute wisdom, one never will fail like Sudarsan.
