Spiritual master is dispeller of darkness within soul

By dispelling all darkness and by imposing spiritual regulations and principles, one spiritual master can provide ultimate spiritual benefit to His devotees. Thus His followers and devotees worships Him after knowing His true position that is revealed

How one spiritual master can be worshipped who can not deliver soul? It is always spoken that spiritual success is resting by dispelling darkness within soul. Due to the material effect in Kali yuga, even perfect souls are suffering from spiritual darkness. This is only because in this era spiritual light is lesser than material light. Because of science today every body can put one electric bulb and bring light to home. But very few can enlighten their own soul. Every body is busy to enjoy material light but suffering within their own life without spiritual light. Guru is mean for giving that spiritual light to those suffering souls. If everything is visible from within then everything will be understood that is outside. Thus visibility is the complex reaction between soul, body and mind. Nowadays we can see everything outside but except of our own self that is within. Thus visibility of inner self is lost and outer self is always visible. To see the inner self one can not put 100 watts of bulb within the body. One must get spiritual instruction and follow spiritual regulations suggested by one's own spiritual master and get inner eye. Thus it is said that in this current time spiritual master is only source of light and can help suffering soul to visible their own self by opening thier inner eye. Thus responsibility of spiritual master is much more in this era compare to past. In that context Prabhupada's appearance is like appearance of 100 millions sun because of Him so many spiritual masters will be appearing in this darkest era of Kali yuga to deliver soul and dispel darkness. When this is understood by His followers and devotees that is revealed, then everybody accepts Him their own spiritual master through disciple succession and their ultimate deliverer of soul in this era of Kali.
