It is like the upper garment that wraps the spiritual body that is Hari. Name of Krsna, wisdom of Krsna and soul of Krsna is Hari

PURPORT:

It is the custom that during worship, priest wrapped their body with a cloth normally known as Uttariya. Many Vaisnava prefer to wrap their body with a cloth that is printed with Hare Krsna Mohamantra. Similarly spiritual body of Krsna is wrapped with Hari. Hari is name of Krsna. Hari is wisdom of Krsna. Hari is soul of Krsna. Thus ultimately that is Hari who is Krsna.
