Why even Lord Shiva can not enjoy three modes of material nature

Though in background all power of sages transformed by bringing happiness of entire material world just like from a seed one child is born and become one grown up man. But the entire universe of devotion is filled only with love of God that is really enjoyable

PURPORT:

What is going on within the back ground of this material world? Many sages are appearing and giving different kinds of spiritual knowledge. They are constantly engaged in transforming their spiritual power into spiritual happiness in this material world. They are putting seeds of their spiritual knowledge of different kinds within this material world to grow. From these seeds wonderful children are born. Then they grow up and become one powerful man. Thus they tries to enjoy this material world with thier three modes of material nature. But no body could enjoy this material world completely even not Lord Shiva. Why? Because since this material world is full of sufferings, therefore everybody is suffering here. How much difference of enjoyment between the prisoner and officer in charge of that prison? Only little. The prisoner is living inside lockup and the officer is sitting in his office and watching prisoners inside the same prison. Therefore both are suffering. Similarly the Lord of material world even Lord Shiva who is maintaining three modes of material nature and all living entities those who are under control of these three modes of material nature, nobody really enjoying. Thus planting of seeds of different spiritual wisdom that is driven by three modes of material nature is no more enjoyable. Because by living under three modes of material nature, means living within prison of this material world. Thus one must try to liberate from this three modes of material nature following path of devotion by going above even mode of pure goodness. One must not accept any seed that tries to bind one into this material world using three modes of material nature. Whatever enjoyment is available in this material world is very very negligible. That's why one must accept only the seed of devotion that is Bhakti. Then only one can enjoy the complete spiritual universe that is filled with love of Hari. Other than this the enjoyment is no more different than one prisoner and the prison officer. All glory to Narahari Narashima Dev! All glory to Mohaprabhu! All glory to Radha Krsna and Balaram!
