One must worship Hari as personal deity of worship to be with absolute
Nityanupasthitam Veda
Kriya kartvya Karmani
Pujayanti Hari Na Kulam
Karma Vukti Mamat Pari
It is like non existence of supreme knowledge of Vedas in one's actions, duties and fruits of actions. Thus not worshiping Hari as eternal deity one always suffers with fruits of actions within soul
PURPORT:
How come one can exist with supreme wisdom always in this material world? Is it possible to live in supreme spiritual knowledge always such as Vedas? The only answer is No. If it would have been possible to live in supreme spiritual knowledge and wisdom of Vedas in this material world then there could not been existence of material actions and suffering from material actions in this world. And that's why it is proved that it is impossible to exist in superior spiritual knowledge within this material world. But what is the reason? The reason is always variance of material actions and material duties related different material actions. Due to the variation of material actions the fruits of material actions are also different from time to time. But what is the cause of this variations? The only cause is not worshipping Lord Hari who is embodiment of universal spirituality as our personal eternal deity. In this material world very few accept Lord Hari as their personal eternal deity of worship. And because of this reason, many accept different demigods as their deity of worship. Thus there is variation of actions and fruits of actions in this material world based on one's choice of deity to worship. To remain with permanent absolute that is unchangeable one have to take Lord Hari as eternal supreme deity of worship, and thus one can remain always with supreme spiritual knowledge that is Vedas. Vedas is the source of absolute knowledge that is unchangeable and permanent. And to remain with this supreme knowledge, one must take Hari in heart always and by chanting name of Hari, one can live with absolute source of spiritual Knowledge who is supreme eternal source of Vedas. All glory to Hari! Hare Krsna! Haribol!
