Like thousands of current that always flowing through Nilachala that leads to essential virtue of ocean, similarly all spiritual masters worship me to expiate their sin and virtue

PURPORT:

Nilachal, the supreme abode of Lord Jaganntha who is Lord of universe. That is located in Puri near the ocean of coastal Orissa. In Ocean every minute thousands of waves are created. Every moment those waves are coming and going. Some waves are coming in a very higher speed and energy, some are coming with very lower speed and energy. Some are getting weaker while returning back and some are becoming more stronger. Lord is watching every moment to those waves and through His supreme will everything is happening. Similarly in this material ocean of life some are coming with higher virtue and some are coming with very lower virtue. Some are gaining more virtue and destroying their sins by offering love and devotion to Hari. Some are even destroying all accumulated sins in this material world by striking ground like these waves in ocean and regaining virtue returning back to home, back to Godhead with higher strength and energy of virtue. Where as some are coming with higher virtue but becoming contaminated with material life, accumulating sins and returning with lower spiritual energy. Because of it, they immediately coming back with the successive following wave in to this material world. Thus one is going through the repeated death and birth cycle. Virtue are like under current in the ocean that moving inside the ocean and sins are like upper current that is coming with different height and length that is visible. Similarly sins are always visible to the living entity every time with their naked eye but amount of virtue is not visible to the same living entity. But to Lord Jaganntha virtue and sin both are visible because Lord only amending accumulated Karma with the strength of soul. Thus to amend this account and to show the actual strength of accumulated virtue and sin, all spiritual master worships Lord Hari by asking His mercy such that they can see both virtue and sin with live amendment always by gaining spiritual strength within soul.
