It like the Bhut (ghost) and Bhavani (spirit) together is energy of Lord Shiva and Nandini is in the form of eternal sleep from which one gets supreme spiritual bliss in the form of etrnal sleep. Using this power one Brahmana who is Shiva brings all yogis under His supreme control

How does Lord Shiva control all yogis? That is very simple. Shiva uses Bhut (ghost) and Bhavani (spirit) who is His supreme energy in the form of Shakti. Again Nandini is the goddess of eternal sleep who is in the form of eternal musical dance of Lord Shiva that is Kala. Using those powers Lord Shiva can control any yogi and completely brings under His supreme control. Thus Lord Shiva is Brahman with power of illusion that is Maya. Lord Shiva is supreme controller of material universe. Again Lord Shiva is devotee of Lord Hari who is the supreme controller of entire universe including all material and spiritual universes.
