Whatever that is happening, whatever that happened and whatever will be happening everything because of supreme Lord Hari in era after era. Thus through love of God one can establish Lord in heart, such that one can know His sweetness of love always in mind

PURPORT:

Throughout this universe every living entity is thinking how those things are happening? How this universe is created, disloved and preserved? What is the force behind it? It is simply the will of God. Without His will nothing can happen. Thus one wise should always take shelter under Lord. To take shelter under Lord one needs to develop love within one's heart towards Lord. Thus it is said "Premaha Paramsthyo". Through love one can establish supreme within heart. Thus when this supreme is established within heart, one can know the mind of Lord Hari like Brahma the creator, who always establishing Lord Hari in His heart creates this universe knowing mind of Lord Hari. Thus the verse says "Prema Brahmya Mono Hari" meaning because of love towards supreme Lord Hari Brahma (creator) knows mind of supreme Lord Hari. Thus to find Lord Hari within heart one must develop pure love and devotion towards supreme Lord Hari. Then Lord will come and seat on heart, thus one can know His mind.
