PURPORT:
Hari is essence of everything either material or spiritual through out universe. Without presence of Hari no names and forms can exist. Thus Hari is only supreme realization of any realized soul that is knower of Brahmana. Hari exists in the form of spiritual love that is called devotion within heart of every living entity. When that spiritual love is expressed through material form as material love with material attachment then it is not Bhakti. But when this spiritual love transforms into devotion to Hari then it becomes Bhakti. That's why it is called "Bhaktinat Rupayant Prema". That means spiritual love ends with Bhakti that is devotion to Hari. Again Hari exists in the form of spiritual knowledge within heart of creator who is Brahma. That means Hari Himself is all sources of knowledge of creation to creator Brahma. So whatever creation takes place in this material world without guidance of Hari is impossible. Thus it is said "Jannastho Rupoyo Brahma". In this universe without existence of Hari in names, forms and knowledge nothing can exist or nothing can be created. That is the essence of Vedanta and when it is realized by any soul that soul is knower of Brahmana. That means through outVedanta this supreme knowledge has been taught meaning "Vedantastho Brahmana". That's why it is told that Hari is end of every names and forms through out this universe and that is final realization means "Sarvoyo Rupayant Hari". All glory to Hari! Hare Krsna! Haribol!
