How to make GBC as supreme body of Krsna Consciousness

In this material world nothing is real, neither intelligence, nor material action, even not the education related to material life. Only the absolute knowledge is knowledge about self. And that is pure devotion through self realization and bringing others towards devotional services to Lord
PURPORT:
Why Prabhupada did not write Himself any constitution that is permanent for all devotees? Does Prabhupada one fool? When He could write so many religious scriptures why not He wrote constitution Himself? The only reason is that even constitution is not permanent and can not be applied to everyone age after age in this material world. Even so many constitution is written by so many countries in this material world but every day they are going to change it in senate or parliament. Those rascals are fighting for many changes according to their material goal. That's why any type of constitutional rules either in material or spiritual nature can not become perfect in this material world. Even Lord Sri Krsna did not ask or advised His followers to write constitution. He suggested some prescribed methods how to realize supreme personality of Godhead and how to live in this material world becoming pure devotee of Lord. One institution either religious or social always must have conglomeration of people coming from different modes of life. A neophyte devotees is mostly living in mode of passion where as one uttama adhikari is living in mode of goodness. One is like coal and another is like gold. Thus coal and gold can not become same and their inner properties are different. What is applicable for coal that is fire to burn and generate heat. And using that heat one goldsmith can transform raw glod to some beautiful ornament that can be offered to Lord Krsna. That's why though coal is mode of passion but burning that passion and generating heat, one perfect spiritual master can make nice ornaments through devotion and that can be exhibited in the temple of Lord Krsna. Now that technique how much coal is required to burn for how much time and how many carats of gold can be used for which ornament, that technique is only known to expert goldsmith who are engaged in that business. One goldsmith can be mastery of certain types of ornament say necklace, other goldsmith can become mastery of another types of ornament say ear ring. Similarly, the mastery of Goldsmith is only shows how one can utilize coal and raw gold with raw alloys with how much proportion to make one perfect ornament. The ornament is product of devotional services to Krsna that is coming from coal, alloy and gold. Once the final product is displayed as beautiful ornament coming from coal, alloy and gold, Lord Krsna becomes very happy. And that is the whole responsibilities of GBC and members of GBC. That is the constitutional learning of each goldsmith that is developed because of mercy of his previous masters and some from his own wisdom. Similarly roles of responsibilities that is applicable for GBC members is not applicable for ordinary devotees who are similar to raw gold, alloying elements and coal. But roles and responsibilities of GBC as whole is well defined by Prabhupada because GBC is supreme authorize body for managing ISKCON as one perfect Krsna Consciousness Society. But responsibilities of each members of GBC is different based on the mastery of each members, like master of ear ring maker, master of necklace maker, master of bracelets maker etc. And that responsibilities always changes with the joining of new members based on their own expertise in each areas. It is always better for GBC to find out suitable member based on the requirements of each expertise areas. If necklace requires more experts then find some suitable devotees who are having expertise in making necklace. If ear ring needs more experts then find some better devotees who are having knowledge of making ear ring. As a whole the responsibilities and expertise should match those who are coming to take responsibilities as a member in particular field of specialization in GBC. In the other way if one member can become expert in a particular field of specialized area, one can take some more devotees and teach them same to manage local GBC in that field of area and himself become coordinator in that area. That's why the knowledge of self is required for the particular specialize area in Krsna Consciousness.
