PURPORT:
In this material world one cries everyday for many reasons. One cries for food, cries for money, cries for family, cries for wife, cries for material comforts etc. There is no end of crying in this material world. But crying for material enjoyment is only pretension and not real crying. This is like a drama, one child cries for toys. But when one child cries for mother's love and protection is real crying. Crying for mother's milk which is full of virtue is ultimate goal of life. Meaning, one must cry for the virtue that to protect virtue of one's mother living in one's heart. Real virtue is not being separated from mother's heart but living within mother's heart. Thus, one must try to remain always in one's mother's heart virtuously following Krsna Consciousness. This whole universe is created from Hari who is supreme personality of Godhead. Hari is the protector of all virtues belongs to one's mother. Thus being separated from Hari is always tearful. That tears always flows in the heart of divine consort of Hari who is Ganga. Thus Ganga is purity of every soul and represents the mood of separation from one's mother. One must carry loving Ganga's water in one's heart and taking bath in Ganga's water one must offer that water to the feet of supreme Lord Hari. This loving relationship must be protected by protecting Gnaga in this material world and offering to the feet of Lord. Unless it is done, this loving relationship will be dried up and Ganga can not flow in this material world. Protecting Ganga for Her loving relationship with her all children on this earth must be ultimate goal of every jiva soul, such that one can get mercy of supreme Lord Hari to return back to Godhead through Her mercy.
