How to move forward in Hare Krsna Movement?

The best possible service in life to move forward is inspiration. Inspiration gives a move to go forward and face all upcoming challenges. Prabhupada Himself was that source of inspiration and living force within ISCKON organization. Inspiration does not come automatically because the person who can give inspiration he must be a force within, such that he can push forward this Hare Krsna movement. That's why in old verse it says "give your shoulder". Or "push through your head". Giving shoulder means taking load on your body and going together. Pushing by head means creating force through spiritual energy and higher divine intelligence. What is better terms for to survive need to decide by the commander. The decision comes, when many can give their shoulders, then commanding officer can use higher spiritual force to push. That spiritual force can be created by chanting "Hari Nam". Then the success will come. Now ISKCON if do not have such commander with spiritual force they have to find one from within. That search needs to begin sooner then now. The vivid example is Mohaprabhu pushed chariot of Lord Jagannath putting His head on chariot by creating spiritual energy through chanting "Hari Nam", when even many had given shoulders to push Jaganntha's chariot and remained unsuccessful. Such spiritual energy can be created by chanting of Hare Krsna Mohamantra. So, even many failed in chanting Hare Krsna Mohamantra, sincere devotees must chant holy name always and should create spiritual energy to move forward this Hare Krsna movement.
