Very recently I received one letter from a professional marketing person to achieve financial goal through "Law Of Attraction". Their logic is that whatever you think that will manifest because of "Law Of Attraction". That knowledge is coming form Abraham. It is very popular marketing concept in America. There are also lots of books and movies. But it is not accepted by even material scientists. Here is a simple logic. Just think if two or more persons just think to have one BMW who is the person likely to get it? In our common sense, it is the person who is having higher financial strength. So these professional marketing people are saying, since finance is the important matter to fulfill all material desire, one must think always about money. Now a days in western countries and even in east , if you ask some one, what you want in your life? He will simply answer , I want to make money. That is the desire of every person. But the real result of this thought is recession. Why it is happening? Why the "Law Of Attraction" is not working in it. Just in year 2000 when the stock market was very high, people in America started buying stocks left and right to make easy money. It is like digging one's own well. By digging this well some gets only mud, some gets some sands , some gets only few stones and very few got some water finally. Now these wells are dried up. There is no water in the well to drink. Everybody is very thirsty. So what is happening now? The Federal Government opened their bigger reservoir to supply some water. They did whatever they can do to supply some pure water but in vain. Their water supply also drying up. Now they are supplying sewage water through bail out plan. With some treatment people can wash their hands and feet but can not drink. This water can not be used because this is not natural water coming from the rain. It is just extracting water from the waste tank and adding some purifier. There is no solid financial backing in such bail out plan. The new government may add another few trillions of gallons of water in the same waste tank but still no one could be able to drink this water. That's why the simple thing is now prayer to the supreme personality of Godhead Hari. That is now our ultimate goal. In this "Law Of Attraction" everybody had forgotten the "All Attractive" supreme personality of Godhead Krsna. Lord Hari is Lord of everything and His divine consort is the all powerful financial power. Without His mercy even though we think every time about money money, nothing will fall down in this material world. That's why the true knowledge is , one must think always about Krsna. One must offer devotional services to Krsna. One must pray to Krsna. Then only the desire will be fulfilled. Unless Krsna delivers it transcendentally nothing will manifest in this material world. That's why this "Law Of Attraction" is failing. In this era of Kali only one can become rich by devotional services to Krsna. Any person or nation who will be rich in devotional services to Krsna their desire will be fulfilled. That is the transcendental knowledge. That must be preached vigorously by these professional marketing people. Then only the situation will improve. Otherwise one must have to be satisfied with own well no mater whether it is dried up or filled with filthy water. It will not quench the thirst. All glory to Krsna!
