Symptoms of pure consciousness merged in Transcendence
Ananyaniditya Aadiyanantam
Sarva Gunena Pravahitam
Sad Jannam Sad Pravam Bhakto
Sarva Vedena Samridham
That which is supreme absolute, cause of all causes, origin, enlightened and eternally exists in beginning and end, that also flows within every mode of material existence. Only by achieving the true knowledge of that pure absolute, one devotee becomes completely enlightened by Himself and enriched through Vedic knowledge.
PURPORT:
In Bhagavat Gita, Arjuna Asked the Lord “What are the symptoms of one whose consciousness is thus merged in Transcendence? How does he speak, and what is his language? How does he sit, and how does he walk?” In a single word, the answer is, such person Ananyaniditya. Such person is Ananya who is same as the origin and also Aditya enlightened. Such person always speaks the same original knowledge which is Vedic Knowledge. In every mode of material existence this original source of pure consciousness is always flowing eternally. But since our consciousness is contaminated with material existence, we are not able to see such Ananyaniditya. It is similar to the very remote star in our galaxy that we can not see from this material world. But it does not mean that its light is not coming to us. Similarly, one whose consciousness is merged with the absolute, He is same as origin and source of absolute knowledge that is known as Vedas. Such person always manifests the true knowledge of Vedas even though He may exist within any mode of material existence. Since He is Ananyaniditya, His light will be visible to this material world that could be similar to remote stars. Just like scientist can see remote stars using modern telescopes, similarly spiritual scientists also can see Him using their pure spiritual consciousness. If we simply ask this question "How does he speak, and what is his language?", the answer is, He speaks same as the origin which is Vedic Knowledge. If we ask again "How does he sit, and how does he walk?" the simple answer is, He is like the remote star who is invisible to our material eyes but visible to the spiritual scientist through their pure consciousness and through absolute knowledge of Vedas.
