This whole universe can become friendly minded only when we understand the presence of devotion is needed. The name of Bhakti is goddess of learning Saraswati who appears by mercy of Lord Krsna

PURPORT:

In this material world everything is not always friendly in our life. Many times we face lots of difficulties in life even though we sincerely try to become friendly with other. This friendliness is the only way we can live in peace and purposeful life in this material world. Unless we are treated as friend by other, we can not enjoy with them. But how can we become so friendly when the material world is adverse to friendliness? That's why we need to understand the presence of devotion within our heart that is needed. Unless we can see the presence of devotion within our heart, we can not become friendly to other. There must be presence of devotion within every heart towards Supreme Lord. Since Lord is binding force within every soul that's why devotion to Lord is only way to be bounded to other soul. Unless we can offer devotion to Lord, we can not become friendly towards Lord. When we are not friendly to Lord, we can not become friendly to other soul. In that sense presence of devotion is needed. But to understand the presence of devotion within our heart, we need mercy of the goddess of learning Saraswati. Without her mercy we can not realize any true knowledge about devotion. That's why Bhakti is also goddess of learning Saraswati. Again Saraswati is also consort of Lord Hari. That's why devotional services to goddess of learning Saraswati is also devotional service to Bhakti and Lord Hari. That's why whenever devotional services to Lord Krsna predominates within our mind, we must offer our devotional services to goddess of learning Saraswati such that we can realize the pure Bhakti within our heart. By Her mercy we become pure devotee of Lord Krsna. That's why one who is friendly to Supreme Lord Krsna automatically becomes freindly to other people and by mercy of goddess of Learning Saraswati one realizes true knowledge.
