Through out universe everywhere is Krsna. In every city, every village Krsna is existing. But how can one devotee enjoy with Krsna when Krsna is everywhere and belongs to everybody. Thus all Krsna's dearest girlfriends always lament, O Krsna, you are everywhere and you belongs to everybody! How can one enjoy with you with your personal touch and love? How can one make you so personal and think you so dearer to heart? O Krsna, you can not become so personal like our many other friends who live nearest to us? Krsna replies, O Radhe, see how those foolish girlfriends of mine are lamenting but not knowing that I am most nearest to their heart and residing in their heart itself. As soon as they feel love towards me I am always very nearest to them. I am that very love within their heart that brings the feeling of love towards me. I am love himself but those poor girl friends of mine do not know this. That's why they are thinking where is Krsna? Where is Krsna? From morning to evening always I am with them but still they are lamenting for me? What a misfortune of those girlfriends of mine! That's why Radhe, when they lament for me so bitterly I touch them in their ecstatic mood and then they realize, O, I had a nice feeling about Krsna today. Krsna came in my dream and sat nearer to me. Krsna talked to me. Krsna loved me so much etc. etc. Thus one must lament for me chanting my holy name to get ecstatic touch of mine. Then only they will have experience of me that I am most nearest and dearest to them. Thus Krsna expressed His ecstatic mood to Radharani about His many many girlfriends of many many cities.
