Any scientific theory of controlling mind and exercising its power, psychological process of controlling mind and learning its power, psychological research about understanding power of mind by scientists, all these exercises are very low level understanding about soul and spiritual potencies of soul that controls mind. To realize ultimate truth about soul and its spiritual power, one must follow word of Krsna that is spoken in Bhagavat Gita and practice devotional services to the supreme feet of Lord Krsna

In this new age of science many scientists trying to discover and understand ultimate power of mind. Seeing spiritual personalities many so called scientists trying to explain that these personalities are basically psychologically disorder human being who have little knowledge about science. But truth is that these so called scientist are trying to explore mind and its power without knowing that mind is controlled by material sense. This physical world and physical body is constituted with different matter and mind is exposed to material sense that is always exhibited through matter. Thus controlling of mind is possible by controlling of exhibition of material sense towards mind. How this exhibition of material sense can be controlled is transferring those material sense to higher spirit who is Krsna. And how can one transfer material sense to Krsna? That is only through devotion to Krsna with a loving relationship. Thus, one can easily control one's mind by transfering material sense to Krsna by chanting His holy name.
